Samuel R. Dalluge practices law in the areas of estate planning, residential and commercial real estate and family businesses.  Sam’s primary areas of expertise include drafting of Trusts, Wills, Health Care Directives, Powers of Attorney and Transfer On Death Deeds (TODDS). Sam also routinely advises clients with estate planning advice and advises personal administrators (executors) in formal and informal probate proceedings including contested and uncontested proceedings.  In addition to estate planning and probate proceedings, Sam also provides the routine daily advice that family businesses require as well as represents them in the sale or acquisition of other businesses. Sam acts as general corporate counsel to a variety of family businesses in the state of Minnesota.

Sam is a graduate of Saint Mary’s University in Winona, Minnesota and Hamline School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. Sam is a Dad to three beautiful boys and a rescue cat named Carl.
